On-site registration will still be possible upon arrival to the congress venue,

but, please, be aware that extra fees will be charged to cover for administrative reasons.

The registration procedure is managed by Menton Tourist Office.

June being high season on the French Riviera, please book your hotel as soon as possible.


Please use your ORCID iD (see information below) as your login to start your registration process.

Standard participants (delegates, booths, or companies): "box" on the bottom-right (OTHER DELEGATE).

IAQMS members and invited speakers: "box" on the bottom-left.

Standard participants without a PhD: reduced registration fees require a valid proof of studentship

(copy of your student card or signed letter by your supervisor) to be sent within 15 days to the Organizers.


Three dinners are courtesy of 16-ICQC. However, please indicate your intention to participate when registering.
For other paying options, please be aware that availability may be limited.

After registering you will receive a message acknowledging receipt of your request to attend the congress. Please note that your registration will be considered “tentative” until full payment is received by Menton Tourist Office. Confirmation that registration is valid will further be sent by e-mail along with the corresponding invoice. Your personal space ("box" on the top-right) will then be accessible for checking your registration summary and vouchers.
